Terms and Conditions of Use for OnAirZone macOS App

Welcome to OnAirZone (the “App”), a macOS application developed by cavecafe.cc (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any compatible macOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, source code, logos, visual assets, and underlying algorithms, is the exclusive property of cavecafe.cc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Updates & Maintenance

We may, from time to time, issue updates, bug fixes, or enhancements for the App. These updates may install automatically depending on your macOS settings. These Terms will apply to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR WORK UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAVECAFE.CC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
